Building isn’t just a job for Mark Christou; it’s a family legacy. With his father, two uncles and a cousin in the building industry, Mark grew up among the timber and bricks of construction sites across Sydney. When it came time to decide on a career, it was a clear choice for the second-generation builder – and he never looked back.
After completing his carpentry apprenticeship and obtaining his builder’s license, Mark went on to work across a range of construction projects throughout Sydney. It was during this time he honed his impressive eye for detail, while gaining experience in construction methodologies, building practices and innovative techniques. In 2007, alongside his wife and business partner Debbie, Mark launched Christou Homes.

Christou Homes was born from a desire to craft quality custom homes, while providing a tailored service and a seamless building journey. For over 22 years, Christou Homes has successfully delivered top-quality homes to many satisfied clients.
As a family-run business, there’s nothing our team loves more than building homes for families – whether it’s a young couple building their first custom home, a family with teenagers or an older couple looking to downsize.
