• Priority Build Application – Once your vision is locked in, we take care of all council and CDC submissions, permits, and reports on your behalf. You can relax knowing approvals are managed efficiently to secure your priority construction slot. 
• Contract Signing – Your fixed price is confirmed, your construction slot is locked in, and you gain exclusive access to our Client Portal – offering 24/7 project visibility, milestones, and updates.

2. Pre-Construction (2–3 months)
